About the Role
As Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the quality and cost-effective service delivery to Datacom customers. This is a 6-month contract and you’ll be the point contact for the customer, ensuring governance across all areas of their services including service management and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
This role is ideally based in Banyo, but can also be Brisbane based with some days spent in the Banyo office.

What you’ll bring

**You will have**:

- Experience working within a field services, logistics, warehousing or managed service provider environment in a similar Service Delivery Management role
- Experience managing contracts for the delivery of services, achieving high customer satisfaction and contract performance outcomes
- Managed multi-disciplined high-performing teams
- Contract and big negotiation management experience
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Understanding of ITL best practice and ISO 9001/27001 standards
- Exceptional customer relationship building and communication skills
