Rossco's Bar and Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Located in Banyo, QLD 4014, our venue is known for its vibrant atmosphere, Mediterranean and Latin-inspired cuisine, and commitment to quality service.

This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage bookings, floor plans, and guest flow to optimize service
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team on promotions, events, and service improvements
• Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior front-of-house role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of hospitality operations and financial controls
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred)
