Mount Gambier, South Australia Genuine Parts Company Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales/store person to join our team based in Mount Gambier SA.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a positive mindset, great communication skills and be a team player.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
  • Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
  • Assisting with general branch support and administration.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments
  • Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers.

Who are you?

  • At least 6 months to a years' experience in Customer service or warehouse
  • Driver's License is essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc).
  • Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas.
  • Desire to learn quickly.
