**About the role**
We’re seeking a motivated and friendly **Administration/Receptionist** to join our GP Clinic team at **Healesville Hospital**. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and caring healthcare environment.
In this vital frontline role, you’ll provide high-quality reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors — in person and on the phone — so a warm, professional manner and a commitment to kind, inclusive service is essential.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
- A positive, flexible, and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound organisational and time management skills
- Resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A commitment to Eastern Health’s values of Respect for All, Safe Always, Partnering in Care, and Learning and Improving Every Day
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
