**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and warmly welcome guests. In this role, you will be the face of the resort and the first point of call for all things Yarra Valley, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with a memorable experience.

Day to day your duties will include guest check ins and check outs, accommodation reservations, processing payments, maintaining records, providing information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities, upselling products & services, answering incoming calls & general enquiries, assisting guests with their requests and work closely with other departments.

Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays is required in this role.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Minimum 1-2 years front office receptionist experience in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment with experience in PMS Opera
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
- Excellent admin skills including attention to detail, problem solving, organisational and efficient time management skills
- Be friendly, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
- Full working rights in Australia

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Healesville Country Club. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out members, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.

This is a permanent Casual position. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

**We’re looking for ** - Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role - Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
- Opera knowledge would be an advantage
