We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Student Administrator to join our Quality & Compliance team.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position (3 days/week) supports student enrolments, compliance reporting, and trainer record management.

The role is ideal for someone with RTO experience who thrives in a structured, compliance focused environment and enjoys working collaboratively in an office based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student enrolments and maintain accurate records in our Student Management System (aXcelerate)
  • Prepare and submit state and national funding reports (NSW Smart and Skilled, VIC VTG Funding, Skills Tasmania Funding)
  • Assist with internal audits and external compliance reviews
  • Maintain trainer professional development and industry currency records
  • Issue qualifications and statements of attainment in line with AQF policies
  • Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries professionally
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in RTO administration (preferred)
  • Familiarity with student management systems (aXcelerate or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
