About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy aged care home. Our Home Support Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service and administration duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and represent the Calvary Brand with each internal/external customer transaction.
Ensure that the administrative activities of the Home are clear and timely in order to support the smooth delivery of consumer care.
Facilitate communication with residents and/or their representatives, and other key stakeholders in relation to office administration requirements.
Reception duties including answering phones, meet and greeting visitors/contractors and booking and confirming appointments.
Manage the day-to-day administration of the Home.
Ensure Home rosters / roster allocations are administrated upon direction of clinical staff or Home Manager to provide optimal service.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
