About the role

Vicbourne Homes is seeking a skilled and organised Office Admin to join our team in Truganina, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our dynamic office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  4. Supporting the team with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organisation
  5. Contributing to the implementation of efficient administrative processes and procedures
  6. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the office

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an Office Admin or in a similar administrative role
  2. Minimum of less than 1 year of Office Admin experience required
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  9. Australian work rights are required for this position
