**Your new role**

As a Business Services Manager (or Senior Accountant ready for the next step), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. You will also lead and mentor a team of junior staff, ensuring they deliver work to the highest standards. You will be involved in business development, networking, and building long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- CA/CPA qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in business services within a chartered firm
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation, and Xero software
- A proactive, innovative, and client-focused approach
