
Service Desk Support Administrator

**What you'll need to succeed**:
- 2+ years' experience in Service Desk Support
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills of endpoints in a Windows environment
- Solid experience with end user technology support (mobile devices, multi-function devices, etc.)
- Strong Windows 10 troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as, SCCM, MS Office, Azure/Microsoft 365, etc
- Knowledge of SOE principles and concepts
- Understanding of IT Service Management principles and processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated sound troubleshooting methodology
- Working in teams and developing effective working relationships
- Self-motivated and performance driven to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Adherence to organisational policies and procedures
