ARQO Building Pty Ltd is an established residential building company based in Brisbane, with our office located in Norman Park. We are a custom builder specialising in architecturally designed new homes, renovations, extensions, and our own developments. Our current projects range from $800K to $5M range across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are now seeking experienced and qualified supervisor to join our growing team.

ARQO Building is process driven, system based and has a high attention to detail when it comes to pre-construction. We pride ourselves on having the details organised prior to getting on site to make for a smooth on site construction process.

Role/s

We have opportunities available for a Site Supervisor within our residential construction division.

  • 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm) plus regular overtime
  • Full-time, permanent roles (following an initial six-month probationary period) or contract ABN positions available

Requirements

  • QBCC Site Supervisor License/Builder License
  • 5 + Years experience as a site supervisor (experience in residential custom homes and high end renovations is essential)
  • Carpentry experience essential + own tools, current Australian driver's licence, and a suitable vehicle
  • Ability to take direction, lead by example, mentor others, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communicator and good with tech - personable
  • Strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional presentation
  • High-quality workmanship and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic, high personal productivity, and self-motivation
  • A willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
