Full-Time | Long-Term Role

We're a Sunshine Coast-based construction business delivering a wide mix of projects across SEQ. We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who not only knows how to run sites but also wants to help shape better processes, better systems, and better results.

What You'll Do

  • Monday–Thursday: Be on site, visiting jobs across SEQ, managing works to program and solving problems as they arise. Plan your own schedule based from home and adjust as jobs require.
  • Friday: Join the team in our Maroochydore office for construction meetings and to update and present the detailed program for the weeks ahead.
  • Lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and implement solutions on site.
  • Manage QA, WHS, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and certifiers.

What We're Looking For

  • Background as a carpenter is highly desired OR a proven history of delivering quality projects and finishes.
  • High-level construction knowledge and proven supervision experience.
  • Strong eye for detail with pride in workmanship and presentation.
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and implement solutions quickly.
  • Clear communicator who values ownership and accountability.
  • Someone who can use technology like Buildertrend to plan manage and schedule projects so it's not all in your head
