Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Brisbane City, QLD. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage and coordinate staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor project timelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise on-site to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction processes
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site issues efficiently
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in commercial construction projects is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
