**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Shift Dispatch & Oversight**:

- Oversee daily shift operations, dispatch patrol officers, and ensure timely deployment.
- Monitor guards’ start and finish times and ensure schedule adherence.
- **Equipment & Vehicle Management**:

- Ensure patrol equipment and vehicles are checked, operational, and compliant before each shift.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance issues.
- **Alarm Response & Adhoc Patrols**:

- Allocate and manage alarm response jobs efficiently.
- Follow up on completion, results, and ensure client communication is prompt and accurate.
- Coordinate and oversee adhoc patrol services as required.
- **Client Communication & Incident Reporting**:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients during shifts.
- Communicate outcomes of responses or incidents professionally and promptly.
- Escalate breaches or critical incidents to management and clients as necessary.
- Prepare and submit incident and escalation reports accurately.
- **Staff Leadership & Performance**:

- Conduct regular toolbox talks and briefings to ensure team readiness and compliance.
- Monitor and support staff performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure all relevant information is passed on clearly.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure daily logs and compliance documentation are completed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of operational and safety compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the security industry.
- Valid Security Licence and First Aid Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in report writing and using security management software/systems.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
