**Warehouse assistant/supervisor**

Fulltime position

ASWF Australia is the Australian distribution centre for American Standard Window Films. We run a small, high turnover warehouse in Arndell Park, Sydney. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, fulltime warehouse assistant to join our small, friendly team. This position is a Monday to Friday role.

**General duties for this role will include**:

- Talking with customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Picking, processing, and packing orders required for various transport methods.
- Employ basic computer skills for order processing, invoicing, and freight bookings.
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
- Stock organisation.
- Assist co-ordinating the daily functions of the warehouse.
- Manage the receipt and inspection of all inbound freight deliveries to the warehouse including the identification of quarantined or incorrectly supplied goods and the prompt resolution of delivery related problems.
- Stocktaking.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
- Some heavy lifting would be required.
- Be self-managed, driven and organized.
- Possess a good work ethic, be a self-starter and work autonomously.
- Able to work alone and in a team to ensure all daily requirements are met.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Physically Fit.
- Willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills essential
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Checkable references
