**About the role**
You will join a dynamic and diverse Human Resources team who are responsible for over 800 people in our 5 offices across Australia and New Zealand. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that we fostering a high performing workplace culture across AUZ.

Success in this HR Generalist role will be someone who has prior experience in a business-facing HR role, has strong stakeholder management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organisational skills. This is a long term role that will see you deeply engrained within the culture of the business and for the right person will lead to further growth opportunities within the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide confidential advice on a broad range of employment relations cases, including but not limited to probations, performance, conduct, grievances and complaint matters
- Leading various HR-related strategic projects
- The opportunity to become a trusted HR advisor - Providing general counsel and advice to managers, team leaders and employees in line with Employsure’s values
- Add significant value in the business at both a strategic and operational level
- Contribute to all aspects of HR policy and process improvements

**About you**
- At least 2 years in a business-facing HR role
- Relevant HR Qualification or equivalent experience
- A passion for viewing employees as individuals on a journey with a company, looking to provide them with the best experience possible
- Good working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
