With our Japanese Desk Service in Australia, we work closely with Japanese companies and provide tailored workforce solutions including permanent and contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing and payroll outsourcing primarily to Japanese companies across Australia.

Our client is currently seeking Accounting & Admin Support in Melbourne CBD.
- Japanese Reputed Company
- Full-time, Permanent position

**About the role**:
The position will primarily involve procurement from our group companies.
- Bookkeeping & Journal entry (MYOB & Excel)
- Generate monthly/quarterly Reports, such as balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, BAS (GST) report, PAYG Report.
- General office administration (Filing/Answering doors and telephones/Mailing/Office equipment maintenance/Photocopying and scanning/Attending to visitors, etc.)
- Administrative support to ensure smooth operation of businesses, including preparation, checking/forwarding shipping documents, invoicing, data input and filing.
- Liaison with logistics companies and other offices on scheduling, documentation, etc.
- Ad-hoc tasks to assist the manager and team members on various duties.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 1-2 years of Accounting Experience.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- A good team player with the willingness to be flexible and supportive to other team members at all times to achieve the optimal work arrangement and requirements.
- Quick learner with an interest in further developing their skills/experience.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Japanese language skills or working Japanese company experience are a plus.
