Our client is a well-known Japanese finance company and provides investment services. They are currently seeking for a Financial Accountant to join in their Melbourne office team.

**About the role**
- Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders in different countries (Japan, US, Europe etc.) to arrange virtual & physical meetings for clients.
- Translating and interpreting the research analysts result from Japanese to English.
- Follow up the company upcoming events & notifying the team about event details, deadlines & clients list.
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and schedules for the equity tea and clients,
- Arranging company conferences, inputting meeting requests, hotel and flight bookings, and compiling itineraries
- Ensuring the document, databases and distribution lists are up to date.
- Maintaining and inputting meeting details into the CRM system

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification or above and preferably with financial/accounting/economic or related discipline
- Fluent in Japanese skill is needed (reading, writing & speaking) and good MS office skills
- Prior experience in customer service/administration area is an advantage.
- Can work in fast-paced environment, moving through your to-do list with speed and accuracy.
- Have good client-focused mindset and show initiative to come to timely outcomes.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Can absorb information quickly, priorities tasks, and pay attention to detail.
