**The opportunity**

This role is accountable for case managing a claims case and support North Contact Centre and key stakeholders throughout the claims process.

**How you will make an impact**
- Managing a claim case from follow up to determination. With this you will need to make regular contact with beneficiaries, assist with paperwork required and guide them throughout the claims process.
- Processing Permanent Incapacity withdrawals, Family Law, Financial Hardship and Claims admin cases
- Assist in our Claims internal hotline and Chat to support the contact centre.
- Assist in managing the internal escalation mailbox.
- Maintain SLAs for Claims processing.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Customer focused and experience in administration processing.
- Stakeholder and Client Management.
- Problem solving and attention to detail.
- Being able to manage highly sensitive calls which may include vulnerable clients.
- Claims knowledge / background desirable.
