A full-time permanent position has become available for a L&D Administrator to join our enterprise-wide Learning and Development (L&D) function. Based in Melbourne, you will support the Learning and Development Team with coordination, administration, events and logistics required to deliver multiple learning initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Learning & Development Senior Manager, you will
- Support the L&D Senior Manager and L&D Consultant in all aspects of learning coordination, such as reporting (i.e., program feedback and trends), cost tracking and course logistics
- Establishing an efficient document management process for all learning related materials
- Process and manage administration requests from the Learning team (e.g. ordering equipment, catering, facilities)
- Preparation of high-quality documents and reports using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Provide a wide variety of pre and post program management support such as course feedback ana analysis
- Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are considered in the design and delivery of work
About You
You will have a passion for Learning and Development coupled with providing administration and team support. You will have strong project coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with a wide variety of people, both internally and externally. In addition, you will have a continuous improvement mindset, with an ability to put forward new ideas and ways of working.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience providing administration and team support
- Experience in events management for training programs and webinars
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Suite skills
- Good judgment, initiative and decision-making ability
- Ability to comfortably work with competing priorities
- Flexibility and willingness to take on and support new ad-hoc learning and development projects
