**About the Opportunity**:
This role plays a vital part in supporting the Learning and Development function by coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth delivery of key L&D initiatives across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, People teams, Operations, and the L&D team to ensure a seamless training experience for our workforce while also assisting with reporting and process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate training logistics including venues, catering, training materials, and SME availability
- Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding training processes
- Manage administrative tasks such as uploading enrolments, responding to L&D inbox queries, and supporting communication launches
- Compile and maintain regular L&D reporting, including enrolment and training status dashboards

- Ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working with systems such as the Learning Hub
- Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing learning
