Melbourne, Victoria, Australia TeamKids Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about creating great learning experiences behind the scenes? At TeamKids, we're not just training people, we're supporting and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

About us:

At TeamKids, we're not just leaders in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), we're creators of joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments for children every single day From exciting before and after school programs to action-packed holiday adventures, we're all about delivering the extraordinary.

Our core values, Fun, Innovative, Involved, Remarkable, and Genuine, aren't just words; they're the heart of everything we do. If you're the superstar we're searching for, we bet these values light you up too

About the role:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and efficient Learning & Development Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organising, coordinating, and supporting training and development initiatives with precision and care.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs: managing logistics, supporting systems, maintaining records, and helping create meaningful learning experiences for our team.

This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, love of process and people will make a real difference in how we empower and develop our teams. Bonus points if you are passionate about the OSHC industry and/or Learning & Development

What you'll be doing:

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain accurate training records and update our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage enrolments, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations
  • Liaise with facilitators, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics
  • Prepare regular reports on training attendance, completion rates and compliance
  • Assist in preparing training materials and digital content - when required.
  • Help maintain and improve learning systems and processes
  • Support key L&D projects

About you:

You're a confident communicator and highly organised administrator who loves bringing structure and clarity to fast-paced environments. Known for your calm and proactive approach, you take initiative, follow through, and are trusted to get the details right - every time.

You enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running behind the scenes, whether it's troubleshooting a system issue, coordinating training, or ensuring the right people have access to the right learning at the right time.

Above all, you're passionate about supporting others to succeed, and you take pride in helping deliver high-quality learning experiences that make a real difference.

This role can be full time or part time. We are flexible and happy to work with the right candidate to find what fits best.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in an administration, Learning & Development or HR.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with maintaining LMS platforms (we're currently using Litmos)
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Why you'll love working with us:

  • Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the office.
  • Me Days & Birthday Leave: Take time for yourself with four extra "Me Days" per year and your birthday off
  • Career Development & Mentoring: We're serious about helping you grow.
  • Incredible Culture: Join a values-driven team that truly cares.
  • Generous Childcare Discount: 95% off if your child attends a TeamKids service.
  • Perks & Discounts: Access savings on health insurance, retail, gyms, and more.

This is your opportunity to support the heart of our transformational journey in L&D where we are building confident, capable, and well-supported educators and leaders. We can't wait to hear from you.
