We're looking for a detail-oriented LMS Administrator Support to join our Learning & Development team on a short-term basis.
The Berry Street Yooralla Learning & Development team have the rewarding job of creating a learning culture that ensures Berry Street staff are engaged, and have access to the professional development they need to provide positive outcomes for the children, young people and families they work with.
The Opportunity
- Work from home and Office in Richmond & Collins Street, on Wurundjeri Country
- Part time, 3 days a week, Fixed Term role (4 months)
- $68K plus super and salary packaging (pro rata)/$34 per hour

As our LMS Administrator Support, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our learning systems, supporting the transition to Etrainu, and ensuring our compliance obligations are met. You'll be responsible for data entry, email management, and setting up filing systems that align with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter training data and maintain compliance records in Litmos, including external certificates such as CPR/First Aid and NDIS.
- Schedule training courses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring dates are clearly communicated and recorded.
- Generate internal and external training reports as required.
- Manage the Training Inbox by vetting, categorising, and filing emails, and manually sending training notifications.
- Establish a centralised Learning & Development filing system aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain ILT modules and certificates in Litmos, including enabling waitlisting and updating module descriptions and images.
About You
Our preferred candidate will has experience in Learning and Development administration, and/or holds a relevant qualification such as a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Admin or above, along with excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook (advanced level).
You will be a fast learner, be a team player and have solid accuracy and high attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- LMS administration experience (preferably Litmos).
- Email management and categorisation skills.
- Experience with compliance-aligned filing systems.
- Familiarity with training record management and module creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and understanding of compliance in the Victorian community services and disability sectors.
