A Local Government in the Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team.

**Your new company**
A local government in the Eastern Suburbs are offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven and dynamic Payroll Officer to join their payroll team on a permanent, full time basis. This organisation offers a great working culture.

**Your new role**
- End to End payroll
- Handling changes to payroll including secondment and contract changes
- Fortnightly Payroll for permanent and casual staff
- Cover for the Senior Payroll Officer
- Manual payroll process, whilst automated is developed

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in payroll
- Vast knowledge of payroll legislation & compliance requirements
- Experience with Pay Global is preferred and beneficial
- Outstanding customer & people management skills
- Local government experience is beneficial
