Our client, a large complex organisation within the Education sector, are currently seeking a Change & Communications Lead for an initial 6-month contract to lead the change activities for a Risk, Compliance & Safety Enterprise System Implementation Project.

The Change & Communications Lead will report to the Project Manager for this project and have a dotted line to the Portfolio Change Manager.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Strong stakeholder management and engagement capability
- Ability to design and develop effective communications to all levels of the organisation via varied channels
- Experience in change management activities for all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus of effective change delivery
- Consult with multiple broad and diverse senior management stakeholders to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change and deliver planned benefits.

- Experience in change management activities for all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus of effective change delivery
- Consult with multiple broad and diverse senior management stakeholders to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change and deliver planned benefits.
- Identify potential points of resistance to change, and develop counter strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
- Create specific change management plans, including communications and training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit as well as:

- Business readiness activities
- Transition activities and support
- Training analysis & planning and co-ordinating activities
- Supporting implementation and embedding activities during hypercare
- Work with the training and communications team to develop and deliver project artefacts that support change management activities.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager and relevant business executives to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in project change management and communications
- Proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary teams
