Troocoo are partnering with a leading utilities organisation to support the recruitment of a change manager. They are seeking a change professional who is flexible around 4 or 5 days a week with 30-32 hours on offer.
The ICT Organisation Change Management (OCM) Specialist will work with the ICT Portfolio Director, Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Line Managers and business stakeholders in support of ICT system implementation projects.
**Experience and knowledge**
- Knowledge and experience of OCM methodologies, strategies, plans and activities to support organization-wide changes.
- Minimum five years organisational change experience - preferably for business system projects and programs.
- Experience in contributing to a multi-faceted project team, including providing organisational change advice where required.
- Minimum five years’ communication experience delivering internal communication strategies - preferably for Information and Communication Technology programs.
**Responsibilities and outcomes**
- Work with Suppliers, Project Managers and Change Leaders to successfully implement OCM plans
- Ensure successfully implemented plans lead the sustainable realisation of benefits.
- Support Change Leaders as they monitor and respond to employee queries and concerns.
- Provide organisational change advice to other teams as and when required.
- Ensuring all OCM activities developed by internal and Supplier-delivered projects and other ICT initiatives are integrated and consistent.
- Supporting organisational change activities required to deliver the benefits arising from project outcomes.
