Red Rock Oilfield Services are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Workshop/ Field Supervisor due to a consistent upcoming pipeline of pre-commissioning, pigging and pressure testing projects.

Working closely with our Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, servicing and maintenance of equipment and ownership of the pre-mobilisation testing and certification of equipment.

Duties include:

- Supervise a close and motivated workshop/ field team
- Disassemble, service, reassemble and test tools and equipment as per procedures and specifications
- Preparation of pumps and associated equipment for projects on and offshore
- Preparation of tools and pressure testing equipment for on and offshore
- Timely and accurate completion of all Q&A and logistics paperwork
- General housekeeping - working as part of a team to maintain general tidiness & safe working environment within the workshop
- Attend site, on and offshore to carry out project works in a supervisory capacity
- Assist in the preparation of procedures and work instructions, work packages, work schedules, estimates, equipment & system evaluations and recommend design / work-method modifications
- Perform other duties as requested by Management

Qualifications:

- Current Manual Class C Drivers License (required)
- High level of mechanical aptitude (required)
- High-Risk Work License - HR, HIAB, Forklift (highly regarded)
- Hydrostatic testing and pigging experience (highly regarded)
- MSIC & Offshore Survival Certification (highly regarded)

Key Skills and Experience Required:

- Strong computer skills including MS Office suite
- Able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in the English language
- Able to learn quickly, manage and prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a project-driven workplace
- An ability to work well in a team
- Motivation and desire to progress career
