**The role**

We are looking for a **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team working with our Carbonart division based in Bibra Lake, and supervise a team of 50 on an afternoon shift.

The primary purpose of the Workshop Supervisor’s role is to lead a team of tradespeople and unskilled labourers to achieve company goals and objectives including ensuring a safe work environment; fostering a positive, proactive culture; achieving production targets; ensuring quality of workmanship and maintaining 5S and housekeeping.

**Your responsibilities will be to**:

- Maintain a safe productive work environment
- Ensure operators are trained to the requirements of their role
- Assist process engineer in developing standard operating procedures
- Assist workshop personal with technical enquires

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Previous Workshop Supervisor experience
- Carbon fibre composite experience
- People management experience
- Mechanical engineering qualification (desirable)
