**About the role
Permanent and fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide leadership in the planning, implementation, and review of a comprehensive range of Corporate Services functions ensuring the business and operational requirements of the service are met. Working together with multiple Community Health facilities in an environment of change and development and provide corporate advice and assistance to all stakeholders.
About you
Promote a work environment that empowers, motivates, and develops the diverse talents of people and ensures an optimum level of appropriately skilled employees.
Communicate effectively and efficiently in a timely manner, responding to service demand.
Provide administrative support and direction to staff to promote optimum utilisation of systems, information, and resources.
Assist to develop staff competencies and succession planning, recommending and/or implementing appropriate training programs and personal development programs as required working with the Learning and Development Coordinator, COH
