**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Directors of the Business, this is a true opportunity to take ownership of the State's operations across Sales (Project Based), Operations, Service and Commissioning for this highly reputable brand and deliver excellence in all customer interactions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Lead the Brisbane Branch utilising your strong Sales and Operations expertise to deliver the following
- **Full Responsibility for Sales Growth and Profitability**:

- **Hands-on Approach to Operations**:

- **Oversee all Major Projects**:

- **Identify and Execute on Process Improvements**:

- **Drive Marketing and Business Development Activities**:

- **Develop the Team to be truly Customer Focused**:

- **Further Grow the Service Division**:

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **HVAC, Controls or Allied Industry Experience**:

- **Strong Commercial Acumen**:
