This newly created role will align teams, refine systems, and solve operational challenges while delivering warm, professional care. You'll bring structure, accountability, and leadership to a position that blends people, operations, and performance.
On offer is a six-figure salary package, direct access to the owners, and a supportive environment where your ideas will be valued and implemented. With three practices in Toowoomba, one in Esk, and further growth planned, you'll play a key role in delivering the Directors' vision of compassionate care and exceptional results.
So, what inspires you?We are now in the last quarter of 2025, it's the perfect time to reflect on your next career move. Take control of your future in a role where your impact matters, your ideas are valued, and the opportunity grows with you.
What You'll Lead
- Operational Excellence – Oversee day-to-day running of multiple practices: rosters, leave, scheduling, safety, compliance, IT, risk management and supplier coordination.
- Team Leadership – Inspire and support a team of senior Dentists, Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, and frontline staff. Recruiting and developing the team and building a culture of accountability, empathy, and quality service.
- Growth & Strategy Implementation – Align systems and processes across practices to support sustainable growth, prepare for future acquisitions, and drive an uplift in profitability.
- Patient Experience – Foster a service-driven culture that puts people at the heart. Leverage feedback, streamline systems, and ensure every patient feels seen and supported.
- Commercial Focus – Manage budgets, track financial performance in partnership with the accountant, and make and implement recommendations to increase profitability.
- Brand & Marketing – Strengthen the business reputation, partner with local organisations and build marketing and social media strategies to attract new patients and future talent.
- Supplier Partnerships - Manage external suppliers to deliver products and services that add value to the business negotiating positive commercial terms and outcomes.
Whilst you may have prior health care experience, this isn't essential. What's most important is your proven operational leadership experience in a multisite customer focused business and your ability to engage, coach and support the team to deliver.
You'll Shine In This Role If You:
- Thrive on accountability, are commercially savvy, solution focused and operationally sharp. You love to be across all the moving parts of a business and have experience leading a multisite service or healthcare business.
- Candidates with either single-site or multisite management experience will be considered for this role.
- Have a strong reputation as a high performing leader having coached and developed multiple teams, recruited top quality talent, enhanced team performance, and created a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
- Are self aware and confident in your ability to work autonomously and also know when to reach out for help. You take accountability for your actions and learn from your mistakes.
- Have exceptional communication skills keeping your leaders fully informed of where the business is at, the opportunities you see and how you propose to implement them.
- Have strong experience proactively solving problems, staying calm under pressure and managing multiple priorities through to resolution.
- Have successfully led change initiatives with empathy - aligning cultures, systems, and people with finesse.
- Build trust easily, engage customers and believe in a patient centred approach to care, which has seen you quickly resolve customer problems and drive exceptional customer experiences in the past.
- You bring an optimistic, can-do energy and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You can demonstrate where your hands-on approach and understanding of the detail has enabled you to spot issues early, and deliver practical solutions fast.
Love being part of a close knit team where you can see your leadership make a visible, positive difference and can share examples of how you've done this.
Enjoy the challenge and creativity of developing marketing strategies that drive profitable growth and can demonstrate where you have done that.
- Can demonstrate management of supplier partnerships that have positively impacted business services or performance.
