Summit Fleet was established in Australia in 1997 and is majority owned by the Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service Company Ltd.
Summit Fleet is a leading provider of fleet management and leasing solutions including some of the most advanced web based support for customers and sales professionals in the market. We also bring to the industry an experienced management team. We have offices located nationally with this position being in our QLD office.
Summit Fleet is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Business Administrator / Sales Support to join this friendly team. Reporting to the State Manager you have a flexible approach, strong time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. This role has previously been the springboard to promotion within the department.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
You are able to support an energetic and ambitious sales team by providing outstanding client support and administrative assistance. Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide support for Sales and Account Management team
- Assist with client inquiries
- Assist with quoting for vehicle leases
- Organise and distribute reports
- Outstanding customer service
Training and support will be provided within the role.
**Skills and experience**
You are a detail orientated person with problem solving skills. You are able to work unsupervised and you are capable of handling multiple tasks with the initiative to ensure consistent follow up when necessary. Following skills and experience are required:
- Exceptional customer service skills - internal / external
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the development and maintenance of customer relations
- Miles software skills - not essential
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work in a team environment
**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year
