**About the Role**
An exciting and unique opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing business. You will be responsible for providing support on a range of recruitment and administrative activities, supported by our experienced external HR Consultants.This is a hybrid part time fixed term contract for 12 months, offering 20 hours per week across 4 days per week with some flexibility with working from home days.Key Tasks include:Providing administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities including:Creating adverts and job descriptions for vacant positions.
Arranging and conducting interviews.
Background checks - VEVO checks, Reference Checks, Police Checks.
Generating letters of offer.
Managing onboarding for new starters.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for the Group General Manager on updates, insights and recruitment activity for the business.
**About you**:
Any previous recruitment experience would be preferable.
Fully adept to the Microsoft Office Suite of products and highly confident using Excel.
Technically savvy and curious to boot.
Have strong commercial acumen.
Available to work in the office when required.
Well-presented and reliable
