- Oversee the Health Management team with the administration and management of health and safety declaration within eMembership cases.
- Support the development, implementation, review and improvement of health management policies, procedures, and systems, along with the integration of training content into learning and development frameworks (in conjunction with Health & Wellbeing Manager and Occupational Health Specialist).
- Prepare timely documentation and analysis for reporting to executives.
- Lead a proactive approach to the continuous improvement of work health and safety, ensuring safe systems of work and management commitment to member wellbeing

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Established Leadership and Management experience.
- Relevant discipline, or equivalent experience in case management (RTW/IM/Allied Health) or practice management.
- A current driver’s licence, willingness and ability to travel.
- During periods of increased activity, you may be required to support operational management activities consistent with your skills and background.

**What you'll get in return**
Initial Assignment end date of June 30th, likely to extend in the new financial year.

Parramatta area - hybrid working 3 days in office 2 at home.

Competitive rate of up to $88 per hour + super.
