**The role**

As a Program Officer, you will work as part of a team, in a positive and enjoyable environment, planning and delivering outdoor sport and recreation programs to school, community and sporting clients. Undertake on-call responsibilities on a rostered basis during residential programs.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Degree level tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership and relevant industry experience.
- First aid and CPR qualification
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance.
- National Criminal Records Check.
