Join Marriott International's Voyage Program to develop leadership skills in Food & Beverage Operations within a global hospitality leader.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Participate in hands-on, discipline-specific training in Food & Beverage Operations at a Marriott-managed hotel
- Engage in mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to understand various hotel functions
- Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization
- Manage projects and people, improve processes, and pitch new initiatives through Voyage projects
- Take on special projects drawing upon all training received
- Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
- Offer ideas and innovative solutions to solve challenges
The company is looking for candidates who have:
- Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months of application)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
- Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
- A real desire for personal and professional growth
- Work authorization in the country of application
- 18-month full-time paid development program with hands-on training and leadership-focused curriculum
- Mentorship and access to Marriott's senior leaders and coaches
- Exposure to real-world assignments and mini-rotations across hotel disciplines
- Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants through social collaboration tools
- Preparation for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott post-program
- Foundation for future leadership and opportunity to impact future Voyage hires' experiences
