**About the Company**

We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Program Support Officer to join a large NSW Government organisation. This role will coordinate the implementation of program management systems and processes for large projects.

**About the Role**
- Provide a range of program management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation and implementing and monitoring plans.
- Support stakeholder management processes /
- Oversee and monitor the delivery of sub-programs, ensuring completion in accordance with relevant guidelines, quality, deadlines at or below budget.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements
- Undertake the secretariat role for the project workgroups.

**About you**
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in program management.
- Prior experience in high level clerical and administrative services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial management systems eg. SAP
