Join Marriott International's Voyage Program to develop leadership skills in Food & Beverage Operations within a global hospitality leader.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in hands-on, discipline-specific training in Food & Beverage Operations at a Marriott-managed hotel
  • Engage in mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to understand various hotel functions
  • Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization
  • Manage projects and people, improve processes, and pitch new initiatives through Voyage projects
  • Take on special projects drawing upon all training received
  • Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
  • Offer ideas and innovative solutions to solve challenges
About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

  • Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months of application)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
  • Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
  • A real desire for personal and professional growth
  • Work authorization in the country of application
Training & Development
  • 18-month full-time paid development program with hands-on training and leadership-focused curriculum
  • Mentorship and access to Marriott's senior leaders and coaches
  • Exposure to real-world assignments and mini-rotations across hotel disciplines
  • Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants through social collaboration tools
