**What you’ll do**
This is a varied role responsible for a range of administrative tasks for the team along with managing and training of procurement systems and processes. The role will also have scope in facilities management /building management and adhoc operational duties.
**Essential for the role**
- Procurement experience, including experience using SAP P2P
- Experience in delivering training to internal users on Procurement systems/processes
- Exposure to facilities management or building management.
- Experience in an administrative role; including data management, system maintenance and booking management.
- Experience in vendor/supplier relations
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Customer service orientation
