The primary purpose of the role is to schedule and issue monthly Preventative Schedule Maintenance (PSM) services and provide advice to all sites on upcoming services and SDP contacts.

**The Role**
- Proactive PSM planning & scheduling
- CSM & Sub Contractor collaboration and task management
- Following up progress and outstanding completion of PSM and RM services
- Review of all PSM documentation on completion for claim review, failures and documentation upload.
- Review, monitor and approve of Reactive repairs following PSM.
- Site folder PSM management to assist CSM
- Conduct Monthly PSM claim validation and contractor payment
- Oversee PSM rejections, resubmissions and rectifications

**The Person**
- Have previous experience in Asset Maintenance Field
- Knowledge of procurement processes & procedures
- Exceptional communication & organisational skills
- Team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills, specifically Excel

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
