**Trackway Careers** is recruiting on behalf of our valued client for **two full-time Residential Care Officers** to join a respected residential care facility located in **Hawthorn, VIC**. These roles are ideal for compassionate, reliable, and experienced individuals who are ready to contribute to a high standard of resident care in a dynamic environment with **rotating rosters**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver daily personal care and support tailored to individual resident needs.
- Promote resident independence, wellbeing, and dignity through compassionate care.
- Monitor and report changes in resident health and behaviour.
- Administer medications in accordance with policy and documentation standards.
- Facilitate participation in recreational and social activities.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and respectful living environment.
- Document care services and incidents accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and critical incidents.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services**,
- **OR Diploma of Community Services**:

- Experience in residential or aged care settings (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Caring, respectful, and team-oriented approach
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work on a **rotating roster**, including weekends and public holidays
