**Maintenance Officer**
**Position**: Full Time
**Location**: Melbourne Inner Suburbs - Eastern - Camberwell (Broughton Hall)
An exciting opportunity exists for a full time energetic and motivated Maintenance Officer to work within a 65 bed modern and partly refurbished aged care facility in Camberwell. Previous building and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
**You will**:

- Undertake hands on general ad hoc maintenance tasks across the building and grounds.
- Maintain compliance with a daily task list, scheduled building and grounds maintenance program
- Coordinate contractors for relevant work
- Maintain a safe and attractive living environment for residents within set guideline
- Ensure the residential home is always presented to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with the Residential Aged Care leaders and teams to deliver exceptional resident and community experience of the home

**You are**:

- A responsible person with empathy towards the needs of the elderly and an ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Experienced in a broad range of maintenance skills and have knowledge of building, grounds maintenance and experience using computers along with electronic maintenance management program
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and have a commitment to its implementation
