Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**VCAT**
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
**About the Role**
The Portfolio Master Scheduler is a critical role, responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment, governance and execution of projects and programs across the VCAT.
The role is responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated enterprise portfolio management roadmap and schedule, to ensure optimal work-flow and continuity across all programs. You will be responsible for:
- maintaining and continuously improving scheduling and dependency framework, templates and processes to facilitate portfolio programs and projects
- implementing defined scheduling standards, tools and systems, including version controls and ensure adherence to required templates and guidelines
- advising on and building in adequate assumptions and contingencies such as availability of resources across project streams with signifcant interdependencies and linkages
- identifying and resolving portfolio scheduling impacts due to changes affecting projects such as changes in scope, technology disruptions or underestimations of work involved
- overseeing and supporting projects across the portfolio to develop and maitain realistic schedules, responsive to change, that effectively inform future planning decisions
- regularly reviewing and monitoring portfolio project schedules to identify and report on interdependencies including opportunities and options to address scheduling problems
**About You**
- extensive experience in managing multiple schedules at a portfolio level in MS Project and utilising MS Server
- prove experience in portfolio management or senior project managemet roles within a complex organisational setting
- track record of successfully providing master scheduling PMO services for a range of transformation programs
- sound knowledge of porject management disciplines and methodology (PMP, PfMP, SAFe, Scaled Agile or equivalent certification is highly desirable)
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- experiene in developing and defining data visualisations to highlight key trends and insights, supporting process improvement and delivery
- proficiency in portfolio management tools and software (eg. Microsoft Project, Jira, EPM365)
A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role are highly desirable.
