**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate resources and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate communication among teams.
- Monitor project performance and drive improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience in project scheduling, preferably in banking (at enterprise level)
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Projects)
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
