Aligned around a shared purpose, our $3.9B company and 16,000 people work alongside our clients, here and abroad, to tackle their most complex challenges with integrity, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.   As a Senior Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated master schedules (IMS) that drive the successful planning and execution of complex infrastructure upgrade initiatives. This role provides schedule leadership and analytical insight to the program manager, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between project milestones, resources availability, and contractual deliverables. The Senior Master Scheduler plays a pivotal role in coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, while ensuring schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and proactive performance monitoring.   Position will be located at Patrick SFB.  

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.


Responsibilities

Major Job Activities: 

  • Responsible for maintaining the IMS.
  • Understands requirements, incorporates delivery dates, milestones.
  • Synchronizes IMS with BIM Project Managers, deconflicts resources, timelines.
  • Creates, monitors, and analyzes project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
  • Maintains the program IMS and provides updates to the customer.
  • Ensures accuracy of project schedules and performs version control.
  • Coordinates project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.
  • Prepares, implements, and monitors scopes of work using WBS for control and integrity.
  • Monitors projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
  • Maintains status for multiple IMS schedules to create and maintain a true, integrated master schedule.
  • Tracks baselines, performs what-if analysis, and develops contingency plans.
  • Performs coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitors action items, and works with the project manager to ensure resolution.

Material & Equipment Directly Used: 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project (server or online) with MS Project certification(s) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management, and updates / maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries.
  • Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis, such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.

Working Environment: 

Office environment with potential to support austere locations.

Physical Activities: 

Must be able to lift / carry 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications: 

  • BA / BS Degree; Or
  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
  • (Preferred) MS Project certification(s)

Experience / Skills: 

  • 7 years with BA / BS degree; Or
  • Minimum of 10 years of performing as a Master Scheduler on large, complex programs.
  • IMS experience on a large program with at least 3 years leading scheduling personnel.

Skills & Technology Used:
