**The Opportunity**:
Our client is a government-owned organisation in the aviation industry and is seeking a Master Scheduler who will be responsible for developing, tracking, and maintaining an aggregated view of program and project activities and developing schedule and progress reporting for senior program stakeholders.
In addition to developing new schedules, the Master Scheduler will drive the delivery of some of the scheduled work.
**What your day will look like**:
- Organising, implementing, and maintaining scheduling best practices across projects and program.
- Support scheduling activities for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) in collaboration with Stream Leads and Project Managers.
- Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realisation of project product requirements, budget, and resource forecasts.
- Project and program schedule assurance and accuracy via data validation for weekly and monthly reports.
- Interact with stakeholders and project staff to Design and develop project schedules and quality schedules.
**Skills required**:
- Microsoft Project and Server and Microsoft SharePoint experience is necessary, advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Project or Program Management environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in, and understanding of ICT Scheduling for Programs, Projects, and Portfolios.
- Must be able to lead and drive outcomes to ensure schedule quality and process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Desirable: Previous experience working with common industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO31000, P3M, SIAM, etc.

- Australian Citizens eligible for a Fed Gov Security Clearance
