**About the Role**

This role will be responsible for providing high-level support to a large National team of Lenders who serve members across various channels.

You will be key to enabling the business performance and growth by creating a member focused service, dedicated to supporting Lenders in meeting member’s needs providing a reliable and efficient operation.

**Key duties will include**:

- Managing calls received via TMBL Loans In progress queue
- Progressing loan files during Lenders absence(s)
- Liaising with members and collating any outstanding documents in accordance of the lenders requirements
- Retaining business by conducting rate reviews with members proceeding to loan variations

**About You**
- Financial Services Reform Tier 2 Accreditation - essential
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- A proven understanding of lending practices and processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- High levels of attention to detail
