**The Role**

The Sales team is looking for Lending Support Specialist for a twelve month fixed term contract. The Lending Support Specialist role will contribute to the growth of the direct business by providing support for our Lending Specialists, focusing on customer service, data collection and CRM maintenance and accreditation.
- Managing customer pipeline and following up on any requirements
- Checking documentation and ensuring that all information is consistent and up to date.

**About you**
- Experience within financial services
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Brokering - Desirable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
