ABOUT YOU

You must have completed your undergraduate/Post Graduate degree in finance/business administration. You must be a people person and passionate about customers with their lending needs and who consistently delivers an outstanding experience for our customers.

Your relationship building skills will be second to none, and your natural customer centric approach to your work will ensure you are able to deliver appropriate lending solutions, and build trust and confidence in your interactions.

You enjoy business development, networking with others and involvement in the community.

No prior experience necessary but good to have.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is the right fight for fresh graduates in finance background looking to gain first hand experience  in the credit and lending business.

You would be given full training, development and professional education support (Including Cert IV) to become a quality lending specialist. You'll get an opportunity to work and learn alongside experts in this industry having years of experience in banking and financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to get associated with the company during its initial phase of the growth.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Action lending leads and applications.

·

Provide consultation to customers on their business loan requirements to understand their requirements and suggest tailor made finance solution for their business.

·

Coordinate with customer to get all the documents required to start their loan application.

·

Discuss lending scenarios and deal submissions.

·

Login customer application with the lenders.

·

Actively manage lending pipeline and work deals to settlement.

·

Proactively follow up of customers applications to get timely approvals.

·

Provide timely updates to customers on their loan application stages.

·

Effectively manage deals pipeline.

·

Work on existing database to identify opportunities for re-engagement.

·

Engage with warm enquiry customers and convert them into opportunities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Passionate to service the customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate finance jargons into simplified layman terms.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Good documentation skills with attention to details.
  • Positive thinker with a solution oriented approach.
  • Must be innovating, smart and able to think outside the box.
  • Finance related degree qualification desired
  • Strong MS Office skills & digital savvy.
