**About the Opportunity**

Work completely remote for our Strata Branches in NSW. You will be providing support to brands under the PICA umbrella and providing relief Strata Managers services to cover periods of leave across the branches.

As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:

- Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata
- Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings
- Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
- Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
- Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance

**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager
- A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of others
- The ability to see problems or conflicts as opportunities
- Pride in organising and planning yourself as well as others
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
